Where to start
Module planning → Purchase order management
Before you begin
Map who requests work or goods, who approves spend and how vendors, quotations and purchase orders are linked. Include delivery and invoice exceptions in the plan.
Follow these steps
- Discuss this developed Britixo module with the Proplix team and confirm how it fits your property workflow.
- Agree the records, staff roles and configuration required for your chosen use case. Include any provider account or licence dependencies.
- Review a representative example with the people who will use the module, then agree the implementation scope and acceptance checks.
Check the result
Follow a sample request through approval, receipt and invoice reconciliation.
If something does not look right
Catalogue access is included in all Proplix packages. Activation, configuration, custom work and third-party costs are confirmed separately before implementation. If a menu is missing, check the agreed activation and permissions with your administrator.
