Before you begin
Count the property or building records you will manage. The published prices exclude VAT.
Follow these steps
- For 1–499 records, multiply the full count by £1.99 per month.
- For 500–999 records, multiply the full count by £1.49 per month.
- For 1,000 or more records, multiply the full count by £0.49 per month.
- Use the pricing-page calculator to check the platform total, then review separately quoted services and provider costs.
Check the result
The tier rate applies to the whole portfolio. At 500 records the platform total is £745/month; at 1,000 it is £490/month, both excluding VAT.
If something does not look right
The total falls when the portfolio enters a lower-priced tier. This is not a progressive band calculation. Your proposal also confirms payment and service terms.
