Where to start
Module planning → Real estate management
Before you begin
Agree the building records, owner relationships, tenancy journeys and portal access. Decide how maintenance and financial records should stay linked to the property.
Follow these steps
- Discuss this developed Britixo module with the Proplix team and confirm how it fits your property workflow.
- Agree the records, staff roles and configuration required for your chosen use case. Include any provider account or licence dependencies.
- Review a representative example with the people who will use the module, then agree the implementation scope and acceptance checks.
Check the result
Reopen a property and verify its owner, tenancy, repair and customer-facing information.
If something does not look right
Catalogue access is included in all Proplix packages. Activation, configuration, custom work and third-party costs are confirmed separately before implementation. If a menu is missing, check the agreed activation and permissions with your administrator.
