Where to start
Implementation planning
Before you begin
Choose a small group that represents the staff who will use the system every day.
Follow these steps
- Agree which property workflows go live first and which remain in the current system temporarily.
- Assign a business owner for data, permissions, training and each integration.
- Test a normal case and an exception, such as a missing certificate or rejected provider update.
- Confirm who handles questions during launch and how the team reports an issue.
- Review outstanding records and reconciliations before extending access to the next group.
Check the result
Every launch task should have an owner and a visible completion check. Staff should know where to find help.
If something does not look right
If a workflow depends on an external provider, include provider access and response handling in your launch criteria.
Useful next steps
Contact the Proplix team if you need help with your setup. Include the page or record reference and a description of the issue; leave passwords and private access tokens out of the message.
