Where to start
Integration planning → Authorised gateway administrator
Before you begin
Use the technical team responsible for your configured gateway. Do not share credentials in an enquiry or public document.
Follow these steps
- Describe the intended portal or service and the records it needs.
- Agree the company boundary, allowed actions and authentication route.
- Have the administrator confirm the supported schema and configured endpoints.
- Test an authorised request and a denied request using controlled data.
- Document how failed requests, access changes and reconciliation will be handled.
Check the result
The connection should return only the records and actions agreed for that service.
If something does not look right
A shared account does not mean every integration should receive broad access. Ask the administrator to check scope if results cross company boundaries.

Useful next steps
- Choose an integration that solves a real task
- Request a module around your workflow
- What all-module and integration availability means
Contact the Proplix team if you need help with your setup. Include the page or record reference and a description of the issue; leave passwords and private access tokens out of the message.
