Where to start
Proplix → Custom modules → Discuss requirements
Before you begin
Bring one example of the current process, including an exception that makes it difficult.
Follow these steps
- Describe the starting event and the result that should mark the work complete.
- List the people, approvals, records and documents involved.
- Identify systems that need to exchange information.
- Review whether an existing developed or on-request module can meet the need.
- Agree the delivery scope, acceptance checks and separate customisation cost.
Check the result
The written scope should describe a workflow your staff recognise and an outcome they can verify.
If something does not look right
A list of feature names rarely explains the handovers. Include where work waits or is repeated so the solution addresses the cause.
Useful next steps
- Choose an integration that solves a real task
- Plan secure API access for a Proplix workflow
- What all-module and integration availability means
Contact the Proplix team if you need help with your setup. Include the page or record reference and a description of the issue; leave passwords and private access tokens out of the message.
