Before you begin
For portfolios of 1,000 or more properties, the platform price is £0.49 per property per month, excluding VAT. You can make unlimited customisation requests; custom work is scoped and quoted separately.
Follow these steps
- Describe the workflow, the roles involved and the result you need.
- Identify existing systems, approvals, documents and reporting dependencies.
- Review which developed modules can support the requirement and where custom work is justified.
- Agree delivery stages, acceptance checks, support and the separate customisation cost.
Check the result
The proposal should distinguish your recurring platform charge from the customisation package.
If something does not look right
Do not assume that a large portfolio automatically includes unlimited development. A clear scope keeps costs and responsibilities understandable.
