Before you begin
Start with a clearly defined task and your organisation's approved data-handling rules.
Follow these steps
- Choose an assistive task, such as preparing a draft from approved information.
- Confirm the provider configuration, permitted data and account charges with the administrator.
- Try representative examples using controlled data.
- Review accuracy, omissions and tone before using the output.
- Keep human approval for consequential decisions and record a route for correcting errors.
Check the result
The reviewer should be able to verify the result against the original records.
If something does not look right
AI output can be plausible and still be wrong. Do not use it as the sole basis for legal, safety, financial or tenancy decisions.
