Before you begin
Confirm the property and obtain a readable source report. Follow your organisation's process for assessing findings and remedial work.
Follow these steps
- Open the EICR workspace and locate the property's existing record or intake.
- Upload the report through the permitted evidence action.
- Review the extracted fields and recorded dates against the report.
- Record the authorised review outcome and complete the required workflow stage.
- Check that the source report and approved record remain linked.
Check the result
The property reference, report details, review status and evidence should agree after saving.
If something does not look right
A stored EICR does not by itself mean that findings have been resolved. Keep any required follow-up visible through your authorised process.
