Admin Area → Properties Management / Compliance
Before you begin
The module adds separate Properties Management and Compliance tabs in the workspace header while active.
Follow these steps
- Open Properties Management and choose Property Operations, Requests & Applications, Maintenance & Jobs, Reports or Settings.
- Open Compliance and choose Core Compliance, Safety Certificates, Tenancy Compliance, Licensing & Gov or Agency Governance.
- Use Legal & Audit, Financial & Audit, Tenancy & Audit, Property & Audit or Audit Trail Chain for the corresponding evidence registers.
- On desktop, hover the group to reach its submenu; on compact/touch layouts, expand the group.
- Use the complete feature directory below to match a current menu route to its detailed task library.
Check the result
The destination is a current workspace route, not an old standalone module bookmark.
If something does not look right
Visibility depends on permissions and active module state. The merged tabs are not registered as ordinary sidebar/Apps & More entries by default; custom workspace navigation may affect presentation.

Where are compliance records?
Compliance → Core Compliance → Compliance Records.
Where are repair jobs?
Properties Management → Maintenance & Jobs → Maintenance & Suppliers. Flow can add Workflow Control and Contractor Compliance.
Where is tenant onboarding?
Properties Management → Requests & Applications → Tenant Onboarding or Onboarding workspace.
