Where to start
Admin Area → Properties Management / Compliance
Before you begin
Property & Compliance Management UK combines the former Real Estate Management and Compliance Monitor workflows under the retained realestate module identity.
Follow these steps
- Use Properties Management for property operations, requests, onboarding, maintenance, reports and settings.
- Use Compliance for the existing safety, tenancy, licensing, governance and audit workspaces.
- Keep using the existing property and compliance records; the merger does not require manual re-entry of the portfolio.
- Use the connected task library for detailed feature instructions and this merger section for current navigation and access changes.
- Open Property Management Flow for its separate coordination features when that module is available.
Check the result
The property and compliance journeys remain connected to the correct native records in the current workspace.
If something does not look right
Older articles may use Real Estate Management or Compliance Monitor as the feature name. The current installed source declares Property & Compliance Management UK 2.1.3; follow the current header entry points.
Questions and answers
Do I need to recreate all compliance records?
No. The combined installer retains the existing module identity and uses the existing property/compliance records. Verify links and evidence rather than re-entering them.
Is Flow part of the merger?
Flow is a separate additive module. It requires the merged module and adds its own capabilities.
Are the older task guides still available?
Yes. Their URLs and detailed workflows are retained and linked from the merged module library. Merger-specific guidance takes precedence for current menu placement and access.
