- Open the governance register and find the latest record.
- Check the status, reference and recorded dates against the evidence.
- Update the relevant fields and add clear review notes using your permitted role.
- Approve only after the responsible person confirms the real-world position.
- Reopen the saved record and inspect its evidence and audit history.
Check the result
The register should agree with the verified registration evidence for the correct organisation.
If something does not look right
The software record does not register the organisation or pay an external fee. Arrange those actions through the authorised external process.
