Before you begin
Select the supported record type and reporting period. Confirm who may receive the file and which downstream process will use it.
Follow these steps
- Discuss this developed Britixo module with the Proplix team and confirm how it fits your property workflow.
- Agree the records, staff roles and configuration required for your chosen use case. Include any provider account or licence dependencies.
- Review a representative example with the people who will use the module, then agree the implementation scope and acceptance checks.
Check the result
Open the export in an appropriate tool and reconcile row counts, dates and key references.
If something does not look right
Catalogue access is included in all Proplix packages. Activation, configuration, custom work and third-party costs are confirmed separately before implementation. If a menu is missing, check the agreed activation and permissions with your administrator.
