Where to start
Module planning → Delivery note management
Before you begin
Agree which invoice or job needs delivery evidence, who receives the link and what acknowledgement is required. Review how the signed record is stored.
Follow these steps
- Discuss this developed Britixo module with the Proplix team and confirm how it fits your property workflow.
- Agree the records, staff roles and configuration required for your chosen use case. Include any provider account or licence dependencies.
- Review a representative example with the people who will use the module, then agree the implementation scope and acceptance checks.
Check the result
Check the recipient journey and resulting PDF against the intended delivery.
If something does not look right
Catalogue access is included in all Proplix packages. Activation, configuration, custom work and third-party costs are confirmed separately before implementation. If a menu is missing, check the agreed activation and permissions with your administrator.

Useful next steps
- Plan staff access without per-user charges
- Request a module around your workflow
- Plan a rollout your team can follow
Contact the Proplix team if you need help with your setup. Include the page or record reference and a description of the issue; leave passwords and private access tokens out of the message.
