Use these menu paths first, then complete the action from the screen you open.

- Use the AI tools area from the admin side when you need general AI-assisted actions.
- In Tickets, use the available AI actions such as summarise or suggest reply where those controls appear.
- In MailboxAI, use the AI actions attached to supported message workflows.
- Review the generated output before sending, saving or publishing it.
- Use AI as an assisted drafting layer, not as a replacement for final human review.
