AI assistance tools

The current build includes verified AI endpoints for text enhancement and AI-assisted ticket work. MailboxAI also includes AI actions and unread summarisation tools.

Where to click

Use these menu paths first, then complete the action from the screen you open.

Admin > AI tools
Tickets > AI summarize / suggest reply
MailboxAI > AI actions

Exact steps

  1. Use the AI tools area from the admin side when you need general AI-assisted actions.
  2. In Tickets, use the available AI actions such as summarise or suggest reply where those controls appear.
  3. In MailboxAI, use the AI actions attached to supported message workflows.
  4. Review the generated output before sending, saving or publishing it.
  5. Use AI as an assisted drafting layer, not as a replacement for final human review.
