The custom Company & Utilities menu brings together Knowledge Base, Timesheets Overview, Sales Reports, Expenses Reports, Income vs Expenses, Leads Reports, KB Articles Report, Media, Bulk PDF Export, Calendar, Announcements, Activity Log, Ticket Pipe Log, Surveys and Goals.

Use these menu paths first, then complete the action from the screen you open.

Exact steps

  1. Open Sidebar > Company & Utilities.
  2. Choose the exact area you need, such as knowledge base, standard reports or another company utility tool.
  3. Open the relevant utility page and perform the required action from that workspace.
  4. Use reports for visibility and utilities for operational support tasks.
  5. Return to the sidebar when moving between utilities so the workflow stays organised.

What this feature does

  • The menu grouping is created in the Britixo menu helper and replaces scattered legacy menu items.
  • Multiple report routes are exposed directly as child items.
  • Knowledge Base is available as a direct Company & Utilities shortcut.
  • Media, Calendar, Announcements, Activity Log and Ticket Pipe Log are all first-class entries.
  • Surveys and Goals are grouped here for easier access.
