Appointments dashboard

The Appointments module creates a dedicated sidebar menu and routes for the main appointments list, create/update pages, viewing, approval, ongoing, finished, cancelled and no-show states. This guide covers the verified dashboard-side workflow.

Exact steps

  1. Go to Sidebar > Appointments > Appointments.
  2. Use the appointments dashboard to review the current list, statuses and daily schedule.
  3. Create or open an appointment from that page when you need to manage a booking record.
  4. Update the appointment status or details as required.
  5. Return to the dashboard view to monitor the day schedule and outstanding items.

What this feature does

  • The main Appointments route is the core dashboard-style list for the module.
  • Verified status actions include approve, finished, ongoing, cancel and no-show.
  • Appointments can be created, updated and viewed from the admin controller.
  • Calendar integrations for Google and Outlook are present in the audited controller.
  • Appointments can also be converted to invoices where needed.
