The Real Estate module adds a verified Property Operations parent menu with Dashboard, Properties, Approvals, Property Owners, company or staff paths and Business Brokers. This guide covers that exact menu structure from the source code.

Exact steps

  1. Open Sidebar > Property Operations.
  2. Start from Dashboard when you need the module overview.
  3. Open Properties to manage property records and related activity.
  4. Use Approvals, Property Owners, My Staffs, Real Estate Agents or Business Brokers according to the exact record type you need to manage.
  5. Save changes in the relevant page, then continue into linked property, owner or staff workflow as required.

What this feature does

  • The Property Operations parent menu is created directly in the Real Estate module menu file.
  • Properties open the main property listing table and property forms.
  • Approvals are a dedicated real-estate action path, not just a generic status flag.
  • Property Owners, Companies / Real Estate Agents and Business Brokers are separate audited routes.
  • The controller supports property attachments, PDFs, maps, room rows, owner lookups and favourite status changes.

What to do next

  • For applicant or tenant demand against a property, move next to Requests & Applications.
