How-to guide

Appointment services and schedules

The Appointments module includes verified child menu items for Services, Company Schedule, Staff Working Hours and Settings. These screens are the correct place to configure availability and booking logic.

Where to click

Use these menu paths first, then complete the action from the screen you open.

Sidebar > Appointments > Services
Sidebar > Appointments > Company Schedule
Sidebar > Appointments > Staff Working Hours
Sidebar > Appointments > Settings
Quick answerThese are the fastest verified steps for this task in the current Proplix build.

Exact steps

  1. Open Sidebar > Appointments > Services when you need to manage appointment service types.
  2. Use Company Schedule and Staff Working Hours to control availability and time settings.
  3. Open Settings inside the Appointments module when you need module-level behaviour changes.
  4. Save each schedule or service change from its own page before testing bookings.
  5. Test the resulting booking flow after changing availability or services.

What this feature does

  • Services have their own CRUD controller and table.
  • Company schedule and staff working hours are explicit child menu entries.
  • The services controller exposes working hours, service duration, service staff and available slot actions.
  • Availability can be saved through AJAX-backed module actions.
  • Appointments settings live under the standard Settings group path.

What to do next

  • If you need the public booking link, continue to the Public Booking & History guide.
  • If bookings are client-facing, also check the client permissions inside the Appointments settings.
