Contracts, signatures, renewals and subscriptions

The verified contracts controller includes templates, comments, notes, signing controls, PDF output, renewals and attachments. Subscriptions are surfaced in the Sales menu and supported by the dedicated admin controller.

Exact steps

  1. Go to Sidebar > Sales > Contracts to create or manage contracts.
  2. Create a new contract, complete the contract details and use the signature or acceptance workflow where relevant.
  3. Use renewals and status management to keep contract continuity accurate over time.
  4. Go to Sidebar > Sales > Subscriptions when you need subscription billing or recurring commercial control.
  5. Check linked customer and billing details before activating long-term recurring arrangements.

  • Contracts support templates, signing, clearing signatures and PDF/email output.
  • Renew and delete-renewal actions are available in the verified controller.
  • Comments, notes and attachments are part of the normal contract workflow.
  • Copy and delete actions are present for contract record management.
