How-to guide

Core compliance dashboard

The Compliance Monitor module begins with a verified Core Compliance menu containing Dashboard, Compliance Records and Notification / Intimation Engine. This guide covers the live entry points and the surrounding renewal and notification actions exposed in the current controllers.

Where to click

Use these menu paths first, then complete the action from the screen you open.

Sidebar > Core Compliance > Dashboard
Sidebar > Core Compliance > Compliance Records
Sidebar > Core Compliance > Notification / Intimation Engine
Quick answerThese are the fastest verified steps for this task in the current Proplix build.

Exact steps

  1. Open Sidebar > Core Compliance > Dashboard.
  2. Use the dashboard to review counts, visibility and current compliance status.
  3. Open Compliance Records when you need the detailed record workspace.
  4. Open the Notification / Intimation Engine when you need reminder or notification-side workflow.
  5. Use the record or dashboard view as the starting point before moving into a specific compliance section.

What this feature does

  • The dashboard is the main entry point for the compliance module.
  • Compliance Records is a dedicated screen, not just a report export.
  • Notification / Intimation Engine has its own route and supporting PDF / resend actions in the controller.
  • Renewal submissions, notification PDF repair, resend email and open latest notification PDF are verified controller capabilities.
  • A cron and sync layer exists for property-link and supplier-link background sync.

What to do next

  • Once you understand the core layer, continue into the relevant compliance family such as Safety Certificates or Tenancy Compliance.
  • For regulator-facing output, use the audit-focused articles later in this category.
