Use these menu paths first, then complete the action from the screen you open.

Exact steps

1. Open Sidebar > Licensing & Gov.
2. Choose the exact licensing workflow you need, such as HMO, selective licensing, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland or the England PRS database area.
3. Use the landing page for that section to add, review or manage the relevant licensing record.
4. Save or approve the record according to the workflow used by that section.
5. Return to the section dashboard or listing to review current status and future actions.

What this feature does

• Licensing topics are grouped under a dedicated government and regional compliance family.
• The module menu confirms distinct routes for multiple jurisdictions and licensing types.
• The PRS Database is present as a separate route rather than hidden inside HMO or audit pages.
• These routes sit alongside the broader audit area later in the module.
• This structure supports region-specific obligations without mixing them into unrelated safety screens.

What to do next

• Agency-level obligations such as ICO or Redress belong in Agency Governance, not Licensing & Gov.
• For final reporting packs, continue to the audit articles.
