How-to guide

Media, calendar and activity logs

This guide covers the utility-style areas used for shared visibility and operational review: media browsing, calendar access, announcements, activity log and ticket pipe log.

Where to click

Use these menu paths first, then complete the action from the screen you open.

Sidebar > Company & Utilities > Media
Sidebar > Company & Utilities > Calendar
Sidebar > Company & Utilities > Announcements
Sidebar > Company & Utilities > Activity Log
Sidebar > Company & Utilities > Ticket Pipe Log
Quick answerThese are the fastest verified steps for this task in the current Proplix build.

Exact steps

  1. Open Sidebar > Company & Utilities, then choose Media, Calendar, Announcements, Activity Log or Ticket Pipe Log.
  2. Use the selected workspace to review or manage the relevant operational records.
  3. Create or update entries only from the matching page for that record type.
  4. Use logs for review and traceability, not as the place to change the original record.
  5. Return to the correct source module if a log entry shows that the underlying record still needs work.

What this feature does

  • Media is exposed through the Utilities controller.
  • Calendar has a dedicated utilities route in the grouped menu.
  • Announcements use their own admin controller with list, view and delete actions.
  • Activity Log and Ticket Pipe Log are both direct Company & Utilities entries.
  • These tools are for visibility and review rather than transactional editing.

What to do next

  • For a record-specific attachment, go back to the relevant customer, project, compliance or property screen instead of storing it only in generic media.
  • For support workflow, cross-reference Tickets and MailboxAI.
