How-to guide

Email templates and financial settings

The current admin build exposes Emails, Currencies, Taxes, Payment Modes, Invoice Items and related financial setting controllers. This guide explains the verified configuration areas that support commercial workflows.

Where to click

Use these menu paths first, then complete the action from the screen you open.

Top header > Setup & Settings > Emails / Taxes / Currencies / Payment Modes / Invoice Items
Quick answerThese are the fastest verified steps for this task in the current Proplix build.

Exact steps

  1. Open Top header > Setup & Settings.
  2. Go to Email Templates when you need to change outgoing template text.
  3. Go to Currencies, Taxes, Payment Modes or Invoice Items when you need to change finance-side configuration.
  4. Save each change from its own settings page.
  5. Test the affected billing or email workflow after configuration changes are applied.

What this feature does

  • Emails has a dedicated controller for template enable/disable and SMTP test sending.
  • Currencies support base-currency management.
  • Payment Modes support active and client-visible toggles.
  • Invoice items and groups are configurable through the admin controller.
  • Taxes and payment settings are part of the same finance-control family.

What to do next

  • For sales-side execution after configuration, continue into Estimates, Invoices or Payments.
  • If the change affects portal-side or SaaS billing behaviour, re-check those areas after the setting update.
