Use these menu paths first, then complete the action from the screen you open.

Exact steps

1. Open the admin login page and sign in with your Proplix staff account.
2. After login, use the left sidebar as the main navigation area for Sales, Work & Operations, Company & Utilities, Appointments, Letter Manager, Real Estate, Compliance Monitor and MailboxAI.
3. Use the top header when you need Setup & Settings, global actions or search.
4. Open the module you need from the sidebar, then use the page-level buttons, filters and tables inside that workspace.
5. When training staff, start from the dashboard and walk through the sidebar in the same order the teams use every day.

What this feature does

• The custom Britixo menu helper adds Work & Operations and Company & Utilities as grouped menu parents.
• The Sales area includes estimate requests, subscriptions, expenses and contracts as child entries.
• The left sidebar is the fastest way to reach the audited operating modules.
• The Setup & Settings dropdown is injected into the top bar and mirrors the setup menu structure.
• Customers remains the base customer area and is extended with Client Database, Tenants and Landlords by the Real Estate module.
