The Real Estate module extends the Customers menu with Client Database, Tenants and Landlords. This keeps property-facing customer records anchored in the core customer system while exposing dedicated tenancy and landlord paths.

Use these menu paths first, then complete the action from the screen you open.

Exact steps
- Go to Sidebar > Customers.
- Open Client Database if you want the full customer list, or open Tenants / Landlords if you want the filtered role-based lists.
- Click the page action to create a new customer or client record.
- Complete the main customer details, then choose Tenant or Landlord from the relevant grouping, type or category dropdown in that record workflow.
- Save the record, then add any linked contacts and continue into the appropriate tenancy or landlord-side property workflow from the saved customer profile.
