Setup and settings

The current build uses a customised Setup & Settings launcher in the header and keeps deeper configuration in the standard admin settings controllers. This guide explains how to approach configuration safely.

Exact steps

  1. Use the top header and open Setup & Settings.
  2. Choose the settings group you want to manage, such as finance, staff, email, modules or other system options.
  3. Open the exact settings page, review the current configuration and make the required change.
  4. Save the settings from that page and then test the affected workflow in the relevant module.
  5. Apply configuration changes carefully, because many settings affect live platform behaviour across multiple modules.

What this feature does

  • The top-header Setup & Settings dropdown is generated dynamically from the setup menu.
  • Settings are grouped rather than stored on one screen.
  • Appointments settings are exposed through the standard settings group path.
  • System configuration also includes roles, departments, templates, currencies, payment modes, taxes and GDPR controls through dedicated admin controllers.
  • Module-specific settings exist for Real Estate, Letter Manager, Appointments and MailboxAI.
