Leads and conversion

The current build exposes a full leads workflow under Work & Operations, including table and Kanban views, custom forms, sources, statuses, junk/lost actions and conversion to customer.

Use these menu paths first, then complete the action from the screen you open.

Exact steps

  1. Go to Sidebar > Work & Operations > Leads.
  2. Use the page action to create a new lead or open an existing lead from the table or Kanban view.
  3. Assign the correct status, source and any follow-up details so the lead stays organised.
  4. Update notes, reminders and ownership as the lead progresses.
  5. When the lead is ready, use the lead conversion action to move it into the client-side workflow.

What this feature does

  • Leads can be viewed in both table and Kanban layouts.
  • The controller supports junk and lost statuses as dedicated actions.
  • Lead forms, sources and statuses have their own management endpoints.
  • Lead attachments, notes, import and bulk actions are present in the verified controller.
  • The get_convert_data and convert_to_customer actions confirm a direct lead-to-customer conversion flow.

What to do next

  • After converting a lead, continue work from the customer record rather than the lead record.
