Exact steps
- Go to Sidebar > Work & Operations > Leads.
- Use the page action to create a new lead or open an existing lead from the table or Kanban view.
- Assign the correct status, source and any follow-up details so the lead stays organised.
- Update notes, reminders and ownership as the lead progresses.
- When the lead is ready, use the lead conversion action to move it into the client-side workflow.
