Where to start
Admin Area → Property Management Flow → Digital Twin
Before you begin
Choose an existing property; the Twin joins information already linked to that property rather than creating a second property record.
Follow these steps
- Select the property by address or reference and choose Open.
- Check Property identity & relationships, including the landlord and tenant links.
- Review the available compliance, maintenance, accounting and tenancy sections.
- Use Existing property record or the relevant native workspace link to change source data.
- Choose Refresh this twin after correcting the source evidence, when you have refresh permission.
Check the result
The identity, relationships, visible work and source links all refer to the intended property.
If something does not look right
An empty section can mean no linked data or insufficient domain access. Correct the native property/client relationship rather than creating a duplicate property.
Questions and answers
Can I edit the address in the Twin?
Use Existing property record. The Twin is an assembled operating view.
Why are finance or tenancy details missing?
Each section respects the related native permission as well as property visibility.
Why is a property not in the selector?
Confirm it is a native property listing and that your staff account can view it.
