Start with a clear enquiry status. Create New enquiry so the team can distinguish a new prospect from an established customer. Consistent statuses make the follow up queue easier to manage.
Create a lead and choose its status, source and assigned colleague. Capture the prospect’s name, company and contact details. Record what they need in the description, so the next person handling the enquiry has the context.
Where to start
Workspace → Clients & CRM → Leads
