Check the result
Review the available controls and verify any saved result in the relevant record or activity history. Availability follows your plan, enabled modules and permissions.
If something does not look right
If an option is unavailable, check the company, permissions, module availability and provider connection status. Do not repeat a send, payment or approval action until you have checked its recorded outcome.
