Where to start
Admin Area → Property Management Flow → Workflow Control → Manage
Before you begin
Use an active native supplier account and inspect its credential readiness before assigning work.
Follow these steps
- Open Manage on the intended work order.
- Choose the Contractor and check the supplier’s readiness in the register.
- Enter a useful Job title and choose Allocate job.
- Confirm the native job and supplier appear on the work-order card.
- Ask the supplier to accept and quote through their permitted Supplier workbench, or record the quote through the staff form.
Check the result
The selected native supplier has a job linked to the same maintenance request and property.
If something does not look right
A supplier with an expired credential marked Required is blocked from new allocation. No credential rows produces an attention warning rather than an automatic block; absence of a block is not proof of suitability.
Questions and answers
Do I create suppliers inside Flow?
Flow reuses native CRM Supplier/Suppliers accounts; maintain the supplier identity through the existing directory.
Does allocation approve a quote?
No. Quote receipt and landlord approval are separate steps.
Why does a supplier not see the job?
Check the assigned supplier client ID, active account, portal policy and native job relationship.
