Where to start
Admin Area → Property Management Flow → Workflow Control
Before you begin
A Flow request is created in the existing maintenance system and receives a linked Flow work order.
Follow these steps
- Choose Create via Flow.
- Select the property and enter a clear Subject and Description.
- Choose Low, Medium, High, Urgent or Emergency priority according to your operating process.
- Choose Create request once.
- Find the card, check the native request reference and open Manage.
- Record useful Operational notes and prepare contractor allocation.
Check the result
One native request and its Flow work-order state refer to the correct property.
If something does not look right
If the property is unavailable, check visibility and native maintenance authority. For an actual emergency, follow the organisation’s emergency response process rather than relying on a priority label.
Questions and answers
Does this create a separate repair record?
It uses the native maintenance request; Flow stores the richer progression separately.
Can I jump directly to completed?
No. Governed actions require the relevant allocation, quote, approval and in-progress stages.
Where can a tenant report a repair?
Use the existing tenant maintenance workflow. Property Flow shows the permitted linked work and completion actions.
