Where to start
Admin Area → Property Management Flow → Workflow Control → Manage
Before you begin
Schedule work only after the quote has been approved. Keep the appointment and work stage consistent with the agreed visit.
Follow these steps
- Open an approved work order.
- Enter the appointment date and time and choose Save appointment.
- Confirm the appointment appears on the work-order and permitted stakeholder views.
- Choose Start work when work begins.
- Check Flow shows In progress and the native request/job also reflects the work.
Check the result
The appointment is retained and the native repair status agrees with the operational stage.
If something does not look right
Scheduling before landlord approval is refused. Flow has a richer Scheduled stage; the native system may retain Acknowledged while storing the appointment date.
Questions and answers
Must I schedule before starting?
The staff action can start an approved or scheduled order. Follow the organisation’s appointment process.
Can the supplier set the appointment?
A permitted supplier can choose Scheduled and provide the agreed date and time after approval.
Why are the two status labels different?
Flow maps its detailed workflow to the native request/job statuses; the labels are not one-to-one.
