Where to start
Workspace → Proposals or Estimates
Before you begin
Sign in to the correct Proplix workspace with permission to use the relevant records. The walkthrough uses fictional demonstration records; choose the correct live record before making changes.
Follow these steps
- Open the appropriate proposal or estimate action and choose the correct customer or lead.
- Enter the dates, currency and line items. Review quantities, prices and any applicable tax or discount settings.
- Review the draft, terms and intended recipient before using a send or sharing action.
- Track the recipient’s decision in Estimates or the relevant sales register. Use an available conversion action only after checking the accepted document and the resulting record.
Check the result
Track the recipient’s decision in Estimates or the relevant sales register. Use an available conversion action only after checking the accepted document and the resulting record.
If something does not look right
If a control or record is missing, confirm the selected workspace, record context, enabled services and your permissions. Check the saved record and its activity history before repeating an action.
