Where to start
Admin Area → Property Management Flow → Workflow Control → Manage
Before you begin
Completion is a review stage. Supplier completion requires at least one photo and tenant confirmation can still reopen the work.
Follow these steps
- Bring the work order to In progress.
- Have the assigned supplier choose Completed, attach completion photos and optionally an invoice, then submit the update.
- For staff submission, review existing supplier-proof or invoice evidence and enter Completion notes.
- Choose Submit for completion review.
- Check the order is awaiting tenant confirmation and inspect the evidence.
- The authorised tenant chooses Resolved or Not resolved after reviewing the work.
Check the result
Resolved completes the Flow work order. Not resolved returns it and the native request/job to In progress.
If something does not look right
If evidence cannot be stored, supplier completion is refused. The staff evidence-override option requires an explicit meaningful reason of at least ten characters when evidence is missing; it is an exception requiring the organisation’s authorisation.
Questions and answers
Why does native maintenance say Completed while Flow is still open?
Native work can be marked completed while Flow waits in completion_review for the tenant’s decision.
Can any tenant at the property confirm?
No. The tenant needs the active property link, confirmation policy and ownership of the native request.
Can I change a fully closed work order?
The Flow update path refuses completed or cancelled orders. Use the supported native/support process for a correction; do not invent a direct status jump.
